Responsibilities:
1.Administer and maintain cost control processes to track and report project budgets, commitments, expenditures
and forecasts
2.Assign job-specific code of accounts, in accordance with the approved WBS (Work Breakdown System)
3.Execute Cost Control for both Contract and in house management costs.
4.Assist in reporting cost and change management across the project
5.Analyze and develop forecast by WBS based on accruals and commitments and bottoms up staffing plan
6.Produce expenditure phasing, cash flow reports, as required
7.Participate and maintain WBS code mapping between Cost estimate to Cost Controlled WBS elements
8.Coordinate preparation of TIC Project Cost Report jointly with WP Cost Control team
Experience & Skills Preferred:
5+ years experience in Project Control on large projects
2.Microsoft Office (Excel 2010) – Pivot Tables or database management skills
3.Experience in SAP 4.Proficient in Speaking, Reading and Writing Chinese and English language
5.Experience in using Primavera P6
6.Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Finance
