Job description
1,Incumbent answers all requests from domestic customers about customer service related external information.
2.Follow up mail/parcel’s status overseas;
3.Responsible for taking orders for redelivery, handling inquiries and
complaints, preparing query reports, answering phones, data base entry, and operating all office equipment.
4. Assists with customer to fill in the claim forms and special projects.
5. Responsible for clear concise communication with facilitator, order tracking and departments, and working with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
6. Other works assigned by vice general manager.
Skills required
1.Bachelor degree
2.English verbal and writing ability. CET-6;
3.Storage and logistic work experience is preferred.
4.Strong communication skill;
5.Be able to work under hard pressure;
6.Hard working and initiative.
