Job Responsibilities1. Collect and sending different docs between Shanghai & Pinghu协调收发上海和平湖之间的相关重要文件2. Cooperate with Purchasing department for ordering and follow up协助采购部门完成订单及事后跟踪3. Original docs printing， collection， and stamp， SF courier out to custom broker and record海运文件原件整理，打印，盖章并安排快递到报关行4. Entry sheet creation in ERPERP系统操作5. Partial delivery truck， driver info to warehouse， qty， receipt coordination协助安排传递车辆，司机等信息到仓库。协调数量和收货确认7. Filing sales order PDF & Delivery receipts filing - Collection管理配送订单并编辑存档8. Collection and filing customs & invoices also deliver to customers收集、归档海关及发票等并发送至客户9. Other job assigned其他指定的工作Requirements- Bachelor’s degree ，- 0-2 years’ experience preferred- Capable to communicate in English and Chinese， both written and verbally. - Proficiency in Excel， Word， PowerPoint and Outlook- Prior experience in SAP is a plus- Capable to adapt to new environments and situations/multi-task
