Key Responsibilities?Participate and drive in the Flavour and Seasoning product Process， guidelines， analysis， review， development and maintenance，. 参与并推动食品香精调味品和调味品流程， 指引， 分析， 审查， 开发和维护?Ensure that all quality assessment activities performed as per the quality plan strategy， Oversee and facilitate the implementation of quality risk management ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current requirements. 确保所有质量评估活动按照质量计划策略执行， 监督和促进质量风险管理的实施， 确保根据当前要求充分控制风险?Support the investigation and root cause analysis of quality issues， overseeing and support the development and execution of corrective/preventive action plans， Participate in initiatives to support continuous improvement支持质量问题的调查和根本原因分析， 监督和支持纠正/预防行动计划的制定和执行， 参与支持持续改进的举措?Support the preparation for regulatory inspections and external audits，maintenance of the training compliance ，QC WI docs etc支持监管检查和外部审核，维护培训合规性，QC WI文档等Job Qualifications?Has knowledge in quality management system， To conduct necessary analysis and inspections and operate instrument for any RM and product in accordance with what is established in the quality system procedures 具有质量管理体系知识，根据质量体系程序中建立的内容对原料和产品进行必要的分析和检查并了解仪器性能?Has good knowledge in quality testing & product quality， Experience of sensory evaluation in flavour & fragrance field， familiar with National Food Safety Standards具有良好的质量检测和产品质量知识，有香精领域感官评价背景经验，熟悉香精行业质量标准?Good communication skills and the ability to support and assist QA's audit program， Have good action to deal with problems， respond to unqualified products and complaints in a timely manner and give judgment.
